In this workout you'll be using a resistance band to work your upper body We are going to workout using a training method called SUPER SETS.
We are going to performing 2 exercise for the same muscle straight after each other. The second exercise will be easier and slightly different movements than the first. We work all areas of the upper body, shoulders, chest, back and arms.
